Aujourd'hui c'est cuisine gourmande. Voici ce que nous avons préparé, mon fils Jean Romain et moi pour le repas d'hier soir.
Tout d'abord un cake salé Mozzarella,  Tomate, Jambon.
Pour cela il vous faut :

150g de farine
1 sachet de levure
10 cl d'huile
150g de fromage blanc
2 oeufs
C'est la base, mais vous pouvez y mettre ce que vous voulez.

Pour celui ci, j'ai mis une bonne poignée de dès de jambon, une boule de mozza et une tomate coupée en tranches fines.

Et voici les petits roulés au jambon de jambon. Très facile à faire.
Vous avez besoin de tranches de jambon cuits sur lesquelles vous étalez du fromage à tartiner. Nous avons choisi le saint moret. Ensuite, vous roulez les tranches très serrées, vous les coupez en 5 petits quartiers et vous coincez avec une pique.



Vous servez le tout avec une bonne salade.
